Want to Return Your Bin Store?

Fill out our returns form within 14 days of your delivery date and we’ll send you a return authorisation email. Our returns policy below applies.

Looking for a replacement?

Defective product? Please contact us (photos of damage are recommended) and we can discuss a replacement part, exchange or refund.

Our Returns Policy

  1. Fill out our returns form in full.
  2. Ensure items are in the same condition you received them in, along with original packaging where possible, instructions and fittings. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us and if you return it at our expense we are entitled to charge you such expense, which shall be a maximum of the charge payable by us to our courier.
  3. We can’t offer refunds on made to order items, products with bespoke modifications or that you have attempted to customise yourself.
  4. Send your items to Wheelie Bin Storage Direct.
  5. We’ll refund you within 30 days.
