*Delivery is free on all our products to most UK mainland postcodes. Unfortunately, some parts of Central London and Scotland are subject to surcharges which you can see below.

If you are unsure if delivery will be free the easiest way to find out if you will incur a delivery charge is to add a product to your basket and use the shipping calculator on the cart page by entering your Town + Postcode. Any delivery fees will then be displayed on the total prior to purchase.

Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Highlands and Islands

Our delivery service is available to everyone in the UK mainland, but due to logistical reasons, restrictions apply to customers living in the following postcode areas:

  • HS (all)
  • KA27-28
  • PA20-25, 27, 34, 40-49, 60-78
  • PO30-41
  • TR21-25
  • ZE (all)

If you live in one of these postcodes we will provide a delivery quotation for you on application. Please contact us prior to ordering.

Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland

For customers in Northern Ireland (all BT postcodes), Isle of Man (all IM postcodes), Channel Islands (all GY and JE postcodes) or the Republic of Ireland, you won’t be able to place an order through the WheelieBinStorageDirect.co.uk website but we do accept orders. Please contact us for more information.

Frequently Asked Questions About Delivery

Will I be able to see my total delivery costs before I buy?

Yes. Your total delivery charge will be displayed before you confirm your order, based on your postcode. If you order more than one product, and your postcode doesn’t qualify for free delivery you will only pay one delivery charge.

What happens if some of my items are out of stock?

The completed order will be delivered as soon as these items become available. Any items not in stock are clearly marked on our website as “Out of Stock”.

How do you package my items?

Once you’ve placed your order, our warehouse team will ensure all your items are checked and packed as quickly as possible. We package the wheelie bin stores onto pallets (of varying sizes) and shrink wrap it. It’s a large item so this provides support and protection for your items during delivery.

How will my wheelie bin storage unit be delivered?

Your wheelie bin storage unit is delivered by our courier firm . Because it’s a large item the unit comes palletised. The pallet will be delivered as close to your property as possible but do be aware that our delivery drivers are not insured to take the product inside your house. We recommend that two able bodied people are on hand during delivery to move the pallet where you want to use it.

How long does it normally take for my items to arrive?

All items come from our warehouse and are normally available for delivery to all mainland UK postcode areas in 5-7 working days but may be more in busy periods. If you your order is time sensitive please contact us prior to ordering so we can give you a delivery estimate. Once your bin store is ready for dispatch we will call you to book in a delivery day.

Can I track my order?

For most orders, you will receive a tracking number in your confirmation email.

Where the carrier who will be delivering your bin store is able to provide a tracking service, your tracking number will be included in your confirmation email. Please check your confirmation email to access your consignment number and link to the courier’s tracking service where available.

If your confirmation email does not contain tracking information, then unfortunately we’re not able to fully track your order, though you will be able to find out the status of your order by contacting us on via live chat or our contact form.

Alternatively, where you have not received a tracking number, if you require progress of your order on delivery day, please contact us or use live chat.

Can I collect directly from you?

Yes, we do offer collections. However, they must be pre-arranged.

What happens if I'm not here when delivery is attempted?

If you’re not in then the item will need to be redelivered. Depending on the product a re-delivery charge may apply in some cases.

Can you leave my delivery with a neighbour?

As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door, you will be responsible for them. We’ll only deliver to the address given on the order and goods will not be left without a signature unless authorised by the person named on the order. Once the delivery of your items has been completed, any loss or damage to the goods is at your own risk.

I've received the wrong product, what can I do?

Please contact us quoting your order reference number and details of the wrong product.
