We Offer Free Delivery to Most UK Postcodes

Delivery is free on all our products to the majority of UK mainland postcodes.

Unfortunately, some parts of London, and less accessible places in the UK are subject to delivery surcharges which you can see below.

The surcharges come from the pallet delivery network. They set prices based on postcodes and regrettably, we must pass a portion of this cost on to the postcodes listed below.

If you are unsure whether delivery will be free, the easiest way to find out if you will incur a charge is to add a product to your basket and use the shipping calculator on the cart page by entering your Postcode. Any delivery fees will then be displayed on the total before purchase.

A delivery charge of £49.99 will apply to the following Scottish postcodes:

A delivery charge of £19.99 will apply to the following postcodes:

  • KA1-26
  • KA29-30
  • KY

  • NE48
  • NE61-71
  • SA
  • TD
  • TR1-20

A delivery charge of £29.99 will apply to the following London postcodes:

  • E
  • EC
  • N
  • NW
  • SE
  • SW
  • W
  • WC

All prices include VAT.

Isles of Scilly, Scottish Highlands and Islands

Due to logistical reasons, restrictions apply to customers living in the following postcode areas:

  • HS (all)
  • KA27-28
  • TR21-25
  • ZE (all)

If you live in one of these postcodes, please contact us before ordering. We will provide a delivery quotation on request.

Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & Northern Ireland (NI)

Customers in these areas can place an order online via our website. Delivery may take an additional 5-7 working days to our current lead times. The following postcode charges are applicable:

  • Northern Ireland (all BT postcodes) – £149.99
  • Isle of Man (all IM postcodes) – £162.00
  • Isle of Wight (PO30-41) – £162.00
  • Channel Islands (all GY and JE postcodes) – £165.00

Prices include VAT where applicable.

Republic of Ireland (ROI)

Delivery is available to everyone in the ROI, however you will not be able to place an order via our website. Please contact us and we will provide a delivery quotation and further ordering information.

Frequently Asked Questions About Delivery

Will I be able to see my total delivery costs before I buy?

Yes. Your total delivery charge will be displayed before you confirm your order, based on your postcode. If you order more than one product, and your postcode doesn't qualify for free delivery you will only pay one delivery charge.

How do you package the bin stores?

The wheelie bin stores are flat packed onto a pallet and shrink-wrapped. It's a large item so this provides support and protection for your items during delivery. Fittings and instructions are hidden from view between panels low down on the pallet.

How will my wheelie bin storage unit be delivered?

Your wheelie bin storage unit is delivered by a courier firm using a 7.5-tonne tail lift wagon. Because it's a large item the unit comes palletised. The pallet will be delivered as close to your property as possible but we can only guarantee a kerbside delivery service.

Please be aware that our delivery drivers are not insured to take the product inside your house. We recommend that two able-bodied people are on hand during delivery to move the pallet where you want to use it.

How long does it take for my item to arrive?

All items are made to order and are normally available for delivery to all mainland UK postcode areas in 5-7 working days but may be more in busy periods. We publish regularly updated lead times on our homepage. If you order is time sensitive please contact us prior to ordering so we can give you a delivery estimate. Once your bin store is ready for dispatch we will call you to book in a delivery day.

Can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number for your order on the day of delivery.

Can I collect directly from you?

We do not offer a collection service.

What happens if I'm not in when delivery is attempted?

If you're not in then the item will need to be redelivered. Depending on the circumstances a re-delivery charge may apply.

Can you leave my delivery with a neighbour?

As soon as we have delivered the goods, you will be responsible for them. We'll only deliver to the address given on the order and goods will not be left without a signature unless authorised by the person named on the order. Once the delivery of your items has been completed, any loss or damage to the goods is at your own risk.

I've received the wrong product, what can I do?

Please contact us quoting your order reference number and details of the wrong product.
